The hotel is conveniently located right by the train station in Hamburg, making it extremely easy to navigate the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with modern furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Plus, the hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes, providing plenty of dining choices.
The cleanliness was overall very good, but there was an issue with one of the towels not being changed or cleaned properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the best aspect, as it was right across the street from the central station and very close to the train station. This made it convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, with everything being clean and nice. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, and the best eggs I've had on my Europe trip so far. The staff at the hotel were professional and provided great service. my experience at this hotel was wonderful.

Convenient location, minutes from U Bahn and buses. Clean and comfortable rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. Great breakfast with plenty of options.

The hotel room was clean and in good condition, made for a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the town center, making it convenient to explore the city. the staff were pleasant and helpful.
To the hotel. The room layout was narrow and the twin beds were arranged in a line, not suitable for a couple.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and close to the station. Quick resolution of our toilet issue. Surprisingly quiet despite hen and stag parties. Beautiful building. 24-hour reception. English-speaking staff.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
